Dr. O’Neal Malcolm is the Founder and CEO of ICON Health Consultancy, LLC, which was borne out his unique perspective and experience in the fields of clinical pharmacy, public and population health, preventive care, and health/wellness practice in various advanced roles. Dr. Malcolm’s conception of ICON Health Consultancy, LLC was due to a yearning for consistent high quality, up-to-date and skill-building information to improve practice, patient care and population health outcomes. Dr. Malcolm’s experiences ranges from consulting and creating health risk assessment tools, preventive care and health education materials including personalized prevention plans, being a clinical member of interdisciplinary healthcare teams providing direct patient care using advanced pharmacotherapy and performing medication therapy management assessments. He has also taught and assisted students in the preparation of certification exams and provided implementation and evaluation services of reimbursable preventive care programs to physicians and other providers, conducted public health and pharmacy research, and others. Dr. Malcolm oversees strategic planning and daily operations of ICON Health Consultancy, LLC and with a focus on providing credible, creative, top quality and innovative products to clients and members. Dr Malcolm holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) from the University of Florida and a Doctor of Public Health (DrPh) from Loma Linda University, he has received awards in the fields of pharmacy and public health, published in peer review journals, and has several advanced and board certifications including diabetes prevention, being a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS), Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP), and Certified Health Educator Specialist (CHES), and others.
Dr. Sharyn Malcolm

As the director of ICON Health Consultancy’s Clinical Affairs & Strategic Planning division, Dr. Sharyn Malcolm is responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on relevant, trending and current health promoting topics. Dr. Sharyn Malcolm also identifies and develops relevant skill- building products for members and clients. Additionally, Dr Sharyn Malcolm plays an integral role in developing and fine-tuning ICON’s health promoting tools used to effectively and efficiently assist organizations and practitioners implement sustainable reimbursable health promotion programs. Dr Sharyn Malcolm brings a plethora of diverse clinical patient care, clinical operations and public health systems level experiences to ICON Health Consultancy, LLC. Dr. Sharyn Malcolm, a double board-certified physician, graduated from Boston University School of Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and Master’s in Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health.
Dr. Elisa Niles

Dr. Elisa Niles oversees ICON Health Consultancy’s global customers, users and membership outreach and support team operations. Dr. Niles actively engages with current and prospective users and clients through effective marketing channels, and provides insight into delivering top quality usable products. Dr. Elisa Niles routinely conducts needs assessments to optimize the delivery of quality products and inform growth and development. Dr. Elisa Niles’ background and credentials in the field of mental health provides her with the impetus and skillset to meet the various needs of stakeholders including clients and members. Dr. Niles is a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP), registered play therapist supervisor (RPT-S) and certified clinical mental health counselor (CCMHC). Dr. Elisa Niles completed her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at Walden University, Master of Arts in mental health counseling from Argosy University, and Master of Arts (MA) in education from the University of the Virgin Islands.
